I'm not pleased.
UEA (namely my top choice for university), only offers English with Creative Writing to people who have an A in A-level English Literature (I do Lang+Lit combined) and who also do another humanities subject (ie not me). GRAWR!
So yeah, I'm going to have a tough time convincing them to let me on the course. Might be impossible. Birmingham is now my top choice.
Curse you, UEA.
In other news, I've had a week of fun. DnD at Frankie's, band practice, multiple sleepovers and hanging out at The Café Project on Fridays = good times.
Back to college on Monday, however. Starting A2 courses! URK! Time really flies.
Matt.

Hey,
ReplyDeleteThis is a bit random but I found this post looking for UEA student blogs and thought you might like to know that I got an offer from UEA without doing a humanities subject. I did do Eng Lit though so I can't reassure you there!
Hope this helps!
